Cumbria First Aid is based in Keswick and offers a wide range of courses held across Cumbria and the UK. We have several venues across the North West but can also deliver courses at your work place making it much easier for your employees to attend. We pride ourselves on delivering accurate and up to date information from our highly experienced instructors, who are largely from a Mountain Rescue background. Having dealt with many emergency care situations ourselves we strive to pass on that experience and focus on what is really likely to happen in a first aid emergency.
